In 2009, I gave up my day job as the editorial director of a niche magazine to pursue better work-life balance and a more mobile lifestyle.

As a footloose freelancer, I’ve found my professional sweet spot at the intersection of vegan lifestyle and travel writing, authoring guidebooks for mainstream and boutique publishing houses, writing magazine articles for leading plant-based food and lifestyle magazines, and creating content for both established and emerging digital brands.
Do you have a project that needs an experienced writing and editing professional? Get in touch by email HERE to learn how we can work together!

As an editor, I work with clients ranging from first-time memoirists and vegan cookbook authors to experienced travel writers, helping shape rough manuscripts and stories into cohesive and coherent works that are a joy to read.

Books I've written include
Moon Living Abroad France
Moon Living Abroad Paris
Moon MapGuide Paris
Vegetarian Paris

I've also ghostwritten two vegan cookbooks and cookbook content for a San Francisco Bay Area publishing house specializing in non-fiction titles.

My articles have appeared in
British Airways High Life magazine
Momentum magazine
The Vegan magazine
Vegetarian Living magazine
Vegetarian Times magazine
VegNews  magazine

Recent assignments include developing web content for a boutique international education recruitment agency and creating marketing copy for a vegan lifestyle brand.

Throughout the last decade I have also taught plant-based cooking classes and how-to-be-vegan workshops in the US and France. I am also co-founder of Vegan Epicure Travel.

I have a BA in journalism and master's studies in English literature from San Francisco State University, and am a graduate of Marie Forleo’s B-School.
